Parts Specialist - Part Time

Job Overview As a part-time Parts Specialist, you’ll help customers find the right parts while keeping inventory organized and orders moving. You’ll combine customer service, retail sales, and furniture knowledge to support customer service teams. This paid, part-time role calls for clear communication, careful handling of transactions, and a practical interest in juvenile furniture. Responsibilities Help customers identify parts needed for their furniture. Support customer sales staff and order fulfillment by checking availability, processing parts requests with manufacturers. Receive, stock, organize, and track parts as they arrive. Maintain inventory records. Build customer relationships through attentive service, professional phone etiquette, and clear client communication;. Experience Customer service, retail sales, knowledge of juvenile furniture a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a plus Familiarity with inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment is also useful. Bring strong communication and organizational skills. Be ready to learn product details and apply them to customer needs. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week Work Location: In person
