Parts Specialist

Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle systems and maintenance needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure product availability and accuracy Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash handling responsibilities, and perform cashier duties with professionalism Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance jobs Maintain detailed records of inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other inventory management software Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service Support marketing efforts by promoting parts specials, new products, and accessories to enhance sales opportunities Requirements Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or parts sales within a dealership or retail environment Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Computers Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Prior experience in service or dealership environments is preferred Join our team as a Parts Specialist where your mechanical expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer service!
