Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Parts Specialist/Driver to assist in our parts department. You will assist the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of automotive, heavy truck, & heavy equipment parts that support our service and repair teams. Applicants must have a valid drivers license. Duties Assist in parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure availability Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and sourcing strategies Warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, equipment repair, and forklift handling to maintain safety and efficiency standards Utilize Tenna for work order management, maintenance schedules, and equipment repairs Requirements Experience in supply chain management within the automotive or manufacturing industries Familiarity with automotive, heavy truck, and heavy equipment diagnostics, OEM/aftermarket parts sourcing and service procedures Hands-on warehouse experience including shipping & receiving, forklift operation certification, and warehouse management best practices Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance preferred Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing large volumes of inventory Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and demand planning Team focused mindset with excellent communication skills to support field & shop operations Knowledge of logistics processes including sourcing, pricing strategies, order management systems, and procurement management Safe and reliable driving record.
