Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team in Nampa, Idaho. This position plays a critical role in supporting both our customers and service department by researching, sourcing, ordering, and coordinating forklift and material handling equipment parts. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems. Experience in material handling, automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural, or industrial parts is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Research and identify parts for a variety of forklift makes and models Source parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers Process customer and internal parts requests Support service technicians with timely parts procurement Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments Prepare and ship outgoing orders Coordinate local parts pickups and deliveries Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Qualifications Previous experience in parts sales, parts coordination, warehouse operations, automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, or industrial equipment preferred Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to research and identify parts using manuals, diagrams, and online catalogs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Forklift experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan options Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Family-oriented, locally owned company culture Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Day Shift Why Join Us?
