Parts Specialist

Southeast Handling Systems is seeking an experienced Parts Associate to assist customers with their parts needs for Bobcat equipment, forklifts, and related material handling equipment. Position Overview The Parts Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting parts sales, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with parts identification and ordering Track sales, purchases, and inventory using computer systems Order, stock, ship, and receive parts Maintain organized and accurate inventory records Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers Requirements & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in parts sales (equipment, automotive, or industrial preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency and attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift/carry parts up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment www.shslift.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Application Question(s): What is your desired hourly compensation expectation for this role?
