Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, ordering, and stock replenishment using inventory management systems. Process sales transactions efficiently, While maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper parts availability for repairs and maintenance Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service to promote customer loyalty Maintain organized shelving and stocking of parts, ensuring easy access and proper labeling for quick retrieval Utilize Office tools for record keeping, order tracking, and reporting to support operational efficiency Requirements Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with agricultural parts management expertise Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs effectively Proficiency with inventory management software. Knowledge of agricultural systems, parts sales, accessories, and retail math to accurately handle transactions and inventory control Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and record keeping Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers to achieve favorable outcomes during sales or disputes Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and client communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Valid experience in retail sales or dealership environments is highly preferred; bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse clientele Embark on a rewarding career where your mechanical expertise meets exceptional customer service!
