Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, procuring parts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive and industrial equipment and parts. Duties: - Procure parts from various suppliers and OEMs - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient - Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts in the warehouse. Shipping & Receiving duties. - Utilize order management systems to track orders and manage demand planning - Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs - Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues - Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs - Fabricate or modify parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment - Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Skills: - Strong knowledge of automotive and industrial equipment and parts - Proficient in using order management systems and warehouse management software - Ability to procure parts from various suppliers and OEMs - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong problem-solving abilities to identify the correct parts for customer needs - Ability to fabricate or modify parts using appropriate tools and equipment - Knowledge of Air Compressor, Automotive Lifts, Tire Changing and Lubrication Equipment systems is a plus.
