Parts Specialist

Your mechanical knowledge, inventory management skills, and passion for vehicle maintenance will ensure our customers receive exceptional service and accurate parts and installation solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting vehicle repairs and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert advice and efficient parts handling. Duties Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories, providing detailed product information and recommendations. Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Collaborate with technicians and fellow service advisors to identify parts needed for vehicle and RV outfitting, upgrades plus repairs Maintain organized stock shelving, stock replenishment, and proper stocking procedures to optimize workspace efficiency. Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service, addressing inquiries promptly, and following up on orders or concerns. Support order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and tracking parts shipments to ensure timely delivery. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive/RV installation or parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of the automotive market. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock management, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories sales, retail sales principles, and dealership experience is highly desirable.
