AirmotiveParts, Shipping & Receiving Personnel Airmotive Specialties, Inc. – Salinas, CA Airmotive Specialties, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Parts, Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily aviation maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing aircraft parts inventory, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring all parts handling complies with our FAA‑approved Quality Control Manual. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies Check and order part numbers, quantities, certifications, and traceability documentation Log and record received items accurately in inventory systems Organize, label, and maintain parts storage areas for efficient retrieval Issue parts to technicians and document usage on work orders Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation Coordinate with vendors and carriers for pickups, deliveries, and tracking Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Track backorders, lead times, and vendor delivery status Ensure all parts handling, storage, and documentation comply with the FAA‑approved QC Manual Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant parts and shipping area Qualifications Experience in inventory control, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations Aviation parts experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Familiarity with inventory software or willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Understanding of FAA documentation, traceability, or quality systems is a plus Benefits Medical Dental Retirement plan Aflac supplemental insurance Compensation Starting wage: $25.00 per hour Full‑time position Pay: $25.00 - $31.21 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person
