Duties Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories, providing detailed product information and recommendations Manage inventory control, stocking, order fulfillment, and parts management using inventory software Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty Support vehicle maintenance services by coordinating repair schedules, parts ordering, and service appointments including warranty claims Promote repair services by explaining procedures, upselling relevant products, and marketing special offers Skills Extensive knowledge of ATV and lawn/garden equipment parts, accessories, systems, and repair processes Proven ability in sales management, retail sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship building Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), inventory management software, CMMS systems, and POS platforms Excellent communication skills Organizational skills for inventory control, stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records Customer service expertise with phone etiquette skills and a friendly demeanor to engage clients effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating retail math proficiency Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions!
