Parts Sales Manager/Service Department

Job Overview As the Parts Sales Manager for the Service Department, you’ll lead parts sales, purchasing, and inventory operations that keep lawn and garden service and repair work moving. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and customers to source the right parts, manage pricing, and support timely order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate parts availability helps technicians complete repairs efficiently and gives customers dependable service. Duties Manage parts sales, procurement, purchasing, supplier relationships, and negotiation Oversee demand planning, inventory management, inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and shipping and receiving Source original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket parts; manage pricing, orders, and parts administration Support lawn and garden service, diagnostics, and equipment repair. Maintain records and reporting. Experience in parts sales or automotive parts management. Knowledge of parts and accessories, repair, and diagnostics Experience with supply chain management, supplier management, procurement management, part sourcing, logistics inventory management, and inventory management systems Process warranty claims for small engines and outdoor power equipment, communicating with manufacturers, and assisting customers. Warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift, where required Strong customer service, internal communication, data entry, and order management skills; familiarity with supply chain operations is preferred Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
