Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Parts Sales Manager to lead our outdoor and ag parts sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire parts sales process, from sourcing and inventory management to customer service and supplier relations. Your expertise in supply chain management, and parts administration will drive growth, optimize inventory levels, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for parts and accessories. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and source high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts efficiently. Oversee inventory control, warehouse management, shipping & receiving, and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment. Inventory management systems, and order management software to streamline operations and improve data accuracy. Coordinate demand planning, procurement management, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning. Lead parts administration activities including data entry, internal communication, and parts sourcing to support sales and service initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with service teams on repair parts, and equipment repair needs. Monitor shipping & receiving processes, warehouse workflows, and logistics inventory management to ensure efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through analysis of sales data, inventory reports, and supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or parts sales. Demonstrated supplier management experience with negotiation skills that secure favorable terms for sourcing OEM parts and accessories. Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ERP platforms, and inventory control software. Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures, forklift operation certification preferred. Ability to manage logistics inventory effectively while coordinating demand planning and pricing strategies. Excellent internal communication skills coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data entry tasks. Experience working with sourcing tools such as order management systems or parts sourcing platforms is highly desirable.
