Parts Runner with janitorial duties

``` Duties: - Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts from various locations in town. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including documenting oil samples, warranty items and assisting parts manager with record keeping of items ordered etc. Computer skills an asset as excel and other programs are used. Attention to detail is required. - Assist with loading and unloading parts from the vehicle as well as within our premises. Bending and heavy lifting are required. - Communicate effectively with internal staff regarding what is needed to be picked up and any issues that may arise. Knowledge of heavy duty parts is an asset. - Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and restocking inventory - Cleaning duties in the parts room is required daily. Cleaning of the office's and bathrooms is required 3 days per week. There are monthly and annual cleaning schedules as well. Not restricted to sweeping, mopping, and wiping down work areas. - We have a very fast paced work environment, must be able to multi task. Must be able to stay on task and work unsupervised. Requirements: - Valid class 5 driver's license - drivers abstract will be needed - Ability to work well with others. - Strong customer service skills to interact with fellow employees and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Must be able to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
