At Prime, your work makes a difference every day. Prime AC & Heat is a family-owned residential HVAC company serving the DFW area since 2014. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on teammate who drives safely, follows through and keeps our shop ready for the next job. This is a demanding, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, quick thinking and steady follow-through. You must prioritize pickups and deliveries, adapt when plans change, and communicate early when something could delay a crew. Work efficiently without compromising safe driving, load security or accuracy. Your goal is to keep the team moving smoothly. PAY AND SCHEDULE $17 per hour. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Potential overtime as business needs require. Rotating weekend availability for parts runs; rotation details explained during hiring. GROW WITH PRIME Strong performance may qualify you for increased compensation after six months, based on reliability, safe work, accuracy and demonstrated skills. After one year, advancement into another department may be available based on your performance and company opportunities. Pay increases and advancement are not automatic. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pick up HVAC parts, equipment and supplies from vendors and deliver them to our shop or job sites. Check part numbers, quantities and paperwork before leaving a supplier. Safely drive, hitch, tow, back up and park a trailer; secure loads and check the vehicle and trailer before each trip. Load and unload materials using safe handling practices and appropriate help or equipment. Receive deliveries, organize shelves and keep parts and equipment in their assigned locations. Help prepare materials for upcoming installations and assist with inventory counts and returns. Haul trash and approved job debris to the dump or designated disposal facility. Empty our trash trailers at least weekly or sooner whenever they fill up. Keep the warehouse, shop, trailer parking areas and delivery equipment clean and organized; remove debris and keep walkways clear. Communicate promptly with dispatch, installers and technicians about pickups, deliveries and delays. WHAT YOU BRING A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Demonstrated ability to tow and maneuver a trailer safely. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check. Residence within 10 miles of Prime's headquarters: 150 Valley Ridge Blvd, Suite 102, Lewisville, TX 75057. Dependable attendance and readiness to start at 7:00 AM. Attention to detail, a professional attitude and the ability to follow instructions without constant reminders. Ability to perform the position's essential loading, unloading and warehouse duties, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
