Parts/Purchasing Manager - Locksmith/Security

Affordable Lock and Security Solutions has been serving customers since 1970 and has grown to 8 locations throughout West-Central Florida. We're looking for a Parts Manager to help keep our technicians in the Tampa area as well as our 2 stores stocked with the parts and equipment they need to get the job done. The right person for this position is dependable, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with vendors, managing inventory, and being part of a team, we'd love to talk to you! What We're Looking For Experience in parts management, purchasing, or inventory control. Comfortable using computers and willing to learn our company software. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and good follow-through. Ability to pass a background check. What You'll Be Doing Reviewing jobs and ordering the parts our technicians need. Following up with suppliers to make sure parts arrive on time. Researching products and finding the best pricing. Keeping our service trucks and local warehouses stocked and organized. Performing regular inventories and restocking as needed. Helping our office staff with product questions and customer quotes. Working with technicians and office staff to make sure everyone has what they need.
