Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive costs and favorable purchasing agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of parts and prompt resolution of any issues. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Parts Sales: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in, phone, and commercial customers with over-the-counter parts sales. Identify customer needs, accurately source and recommend the correct replacement parts, accessories, and shop supplies. Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing while promoting additional products and value-added solutions. Build long-term customer relationships through knowledgeable service, timely communication, and follow-up. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, including stock levels, reorder points, and lead times, to ensure adequate inventory is available to support shop operations and customer sales.
