Parts personnel

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Personnel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring the seamless procurement of components necessary for our operations. Your expertise in supply chain processes, customer service, and technical knowledge will drive efficiency and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Source, purchase, and procure parts from suppliers Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms that benefit the company and customers Maintain accurate inventory records Assist customers by providing technical advice on parts compatibility and availability, delivering excellent customer service Experience Proven experience working in a dealership, manufacturing facility, or similar environment with parts management responsibilities Strong background in data entry, procurement, and supply chain management processes Mechanical knowledge related to machinery, or automotive parts enhances effectiveness in this role Experience with sourcing negotiations and vendor relationship management is preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but also training can be provided Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving Join us as a Parts Personnel and become an essential part of our team dedicated to operational excellence!
