Parts Operations Manager — Powersports Location: Garland, TX Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year + performance bonus opportunities Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Massimo is seeking an experienced Parts Operations Manager to lead our parts department and support the continued growth of our powersports business. This is not a simple pick, pack, and ship position. Massimo is a full-line powersports OEM supporting UTVs, ATVs, go-karts, golf carts, and other recreational and utility vehicles. Our parts operation currently manages over 25,000 SKUs , ships several hundred orders per week , and supports customers, dealers, national retail partners, and internal service operations. We are looking for a hands-on manager with a strong powersports, automotive, motorcycle, RV, or related mechanical parts background who can combine technical parts knowledge with strong operational and computer-system skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a five-person parts team responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and parts support. Ensure parts orders are processed accurately and shipped quickly. Assist customers and internal teams with accurate parts identification. Review parts diagrams, model information, and technical documentation to confirm correct components. Maintain and improve approximately 25,000 parts SKUs within our ERP system. Update parts descriptions, labels, diagrams, fitment information, and other product data as needed. Work within NetSuite to maintain accurate item records and support efficient parts operations. Coordinate with overseas factory partners to correct parts descriptions, diagrams, labeling, and technical information. Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate parts data and drive corrections. Review returns to determine whether the issue resulted from customer ordering error, incorrect internal information, shipping error, or another root cause. Implement corrective actions to reduce repeat returns and fulfillment errors. Maintain strong inventory organization and accuracy. Assist directly with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping when necessary. Establish and monitor department KPIs including order turnaround time, order accuracy, return rate, inventory accuracy, and open-order aging. Work closely with Customer Service, Warranty, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve customer issues quickly. Help improve SOPs, warehouse layout, workflows, and overall department efficiency. Maintain a strong sense of urgency around customer parts needs, particularly when a customer has a vehicle down and is waiting on parts. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in powersports, automotive, motorcycle, RV, heavy equipment, or a related parts/service environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify parts using diagrams, model information, and technical documentation. Previous experience managing or supervising a parts, warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment team. Strong computer skills and comfort working within ERP, inventory, or parts-management systems. Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel and general data-management skills. Experience managing large SKU counts and maintaining accurate item information. Experience with receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify process failures and correct the root cause. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work directly with overseas suppliers and internal departments. Willingness to be hands-on and help the team wherever needed.
