What You'll Be Doing
• Leading and supporting our Parts Department team
• Overseeing inventory, ordering, receiving and stock management
• Ensuring customers and technicians get the right parts when they need them
• Working closely with our Sales and Service departments
• Identifying opportunities to grow parts sales and improve profitability
• Improving processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Building relationships with customers and suppliers
• Taking ownership of department performance and results
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need to have been a Parts Manager before. We're more interested in finding someone with the right experience, attitude and potential.
Ideally, you'll bring:
• Experience working in a parts department or related industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to lead, motivate and support others
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Good computer and inventory-management skills
• Initiative, accountability and a willingness to learn
• A desire to help grow a successful business
Experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, trucking, powersports or industrial parts would all be considered valuable.
Kubota product knowledge is an asset, but not a requirement.
