Parts Manager – Titus Trucks (Titusville, FL) About Us Titus Trucks is a commercial truck upfitting and accessories shop in Titusville, FL. We sell and install flatbeds, service bodies, crane bodies, toolboxes, lighting, and more for contractors, fleets, and dealerships across Central Florida. We’re a hands-on team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time. We’re looking for a Parts Manager who wants to grow with us. The Role As our Parts Manager, you’ll keep the shop running smoothly by making sure the right parts are ordered, logged, and in our techs’ hands on time. You’ll also work at the service counter, help build quotes, and support customers and the team. What You’ll Do Order parts from vendors and manufacturers, and track orders through delivery Add accurate part numbers to repair orders (R.O.s) Print R.O.s and hand them to technicians so jobs start on time Build job quotes in our DMS (Dealer Management System) Enter new parts into the DMS correctly and completely, including part numbers, descriptions, costs, and vendors Write service tickets at the counter: greet customers, gather job details, and keep everyone informed Talk with techs, vendors, and customers to keep jobs moving and prevent surprises Keep the parts area organized and inventory accurate What We’re Looking For Very detail-oriented. One wrong digit in a part number costs time and money, so you double-check your work. Punctual and dependable. The shop counts on you to be here and ready. Specific and clear. You communicate exactly what’s needed, in person and in writing. Upbeat and optimistic. You bring good energy to the counter and the shop floor, even on busy days. Willing to learn. You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll teach you our systems and products. You need to be coachable and eager to grow. Comfortable with computers and learning new software Parts, service writing, or automotive/truck experience is a plus but not required for the right person Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
