WE OFFER: Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance Matching 401k Loyal Client base State of the art facility Toyota #1 rated brand Responsibilities Plan, assign and direct work of Parts Department Interview, hire, and train Parts Department employees Coordinate required training of Parts Department Set annual and monthly sales objectives Update Leadership Team weekly of departmental goals Maintain an adequate supply of "fast moving" parts- coordinate with the Service Director Maintain responsibility for all other types of orders Maintain relationship between District managers and Dealership Parts Department Oversee any obsolete and/or aged inventory Oversee and maintain excellent parts support to all technicians Oversee ongoing evaluation and implementation of any necessary changes in parts inventory management Consult with customer on CR complaints regarding Parts Department Maintain a clean and organized Parts Department Brief Operations Manager about any CR complaints deemed necessary Maintain Certification requirements as guided by manufacturer Maintain required CSI standards Maintain regular attendance and timelines Requirements Knowledge of Internet Parts Sales is a must Prior Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager Ability to understand and follow directions Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel Valid Driver's license
