Parts Manager

Overview As a Parts Manager, you’ll keep parts moving efficiently from sourcing and purchasing through inventory control, shipping, and customer service. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and warehouse staff to ensure the right parts/materials are available when needed. Responsibilities Oversees the Parts Room Assistant and Housekeeping personnel and directs their day to day operations. Manage procurement, supplier relationships, pricing, negotiation, and part sourcing. Locate vendors of materials and equipment supplies Use (ERP) system, to track parts and maintain accurate records. Coordinate parts administration, data entry, purchasing, and internal communication across service, sales, manufacturing, and production Manage physical inventory count other duties as assigned Skills Experience in supply chain management, procurement management, supplier management, and purchasing Computer Knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Physical Demands and Work Enviornment Warhouse/Office Some outside enviornment Must be able to wear required PPE Must be able to lift 30lbs.
