Parts Manager

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Parts Manager to lead our parts department with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of turf, construction & agriculture parts and accessories, managing operations that support our service department & over the counter sales. Duties Manage daily parts ordering and receiving to ensure parts are distributed accurately to the service department and for over the counter sales Oversee inventory to maintain stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent shortages using our internal dealer management system Weekly and daily stocking and cleaning of shelves in showroom Manages Echo hand held equipment ordering and showroom display Develops strong monthly sales promotions for residential and commercial customers Analyzes departmental operations and store layout and revises as needed for seasonal effectiveness Ensures parts shelves are adequately stocked and labeled correctly Monitors dealership in-house accounts for timely payment Requirements Knowledge and experience with small engine & outdoor power equipment is preferred Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a retail setting Familiarity with various parts look up programs & inventory management systems highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office & most other common programs a plus Mechanical knowledge related to outdoor power equipment is highly desirable Ability to routinely lift over 50 lbs. Excellent internal communication skills for effective teamwork across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
