The successful candidate can expect to earn $80,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our ideal candidate is an experienced automotive parts professional with preference for Ford experience, or from a strong OEM parts background. Stable, family-owned business, Davis Ford is proud to be part of the Davis Auto Group which has over 35 years of success in the industry Industry leading employee benefit coverage - including health, dental, life and disability coverage A travel reward program so you can get away from work and travel on us We are active within the community and are committed to supporting local businesses within the community we serve A culture built on Family, Teamwork, Integrity and Community Employee pricing and perks at all locations in our Group across Alberta and BC What You’ll Do as a Parts Manager: Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department while driving performance and accountability Train, coach and mentor employees on industry best practices and provide advice and guidance to improve performance Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors; ensuring our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals Optimize inventory levels, parts programs, returns and purchasing strategies Analyze sales, expenses and inventory to maintain profit goals Work with technicians, retail and wholesale customers to determine, select and locate correct parts for their requirements Order parts and provide information such as function, price, application and warranty to customers Solicit new retail and wholesale customers and maintain relationships with existing customers Collaborate with the Service and Sales Department to ensure accurate and timely turn-around of parts and accessories Performs other tasks and duties as required Qualifications: 3-5+ years of progressive automotive parts experience, with preference given to those with prior Ford parts experience Strong leadership ability and teambuilding skills to effectively motivate, inspire and manage employees Strong analytical and decision making skills with a continuous improvement pedigree Results driven with exceptional planning, organization and execution skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Red seal parts certification is strongly preferred Why live in Pincher Creek, Southern Alberta’s most scenic community!
