Parts Manager Qualifications Previous automotive dealership parts experience required Parts management or significant parts department leadership experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and gross-profit performance Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with dealership management systems, inventory reporting, and performance metrics Strong communication and customer-service skills Ford dealership experience is a plus Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
