Parts Manager

Job Summary A well-established and growing automotive dealer is seeking an experienced and results-driven Parts Manager to lead and optimize its Parts operations. The Parts Manager will oversees parts purchasing, inventory, sourcing, and supply coordination to support reliable day-to-day operations. This role combines accurate data entry, demand planning, and customer service with practical coordination across suppliers and internal teams. Duties Manage procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier negotiations to maintain appropriate parts availability and support supply chain needs. Monitor inventory, enter and maintain accurate records in Serti systems or CMMS, and use demand planning to guide replenishment. Coordinate parts requests with customers and colleagues, providing responsive service and clear updates on availability. Apply relevant mechanical, manufacturing knowledge when identifying parts and supporting safe, efficient handling. Your impact: dependable parts availability helps colleagues complete work efficiently and gives customers timely, consistent support. Experience Required: Practical data entry, purchasing, procurement, customer service, and organization skills support accurate inventory records and responsive parts coordination. Clear communication and sound judgment are useful when prioritizing requests and working with suppliers. Preferred: Dealership experience and familiarity with supply chain operations, sourcing, negotiation, demand planning, Serti systems, or CMMS are advantageous. Mechanical knowledge, including exposure to manufacturing, can help with parts identification and coordination. Pay: $80,000.00-$99,400.00 per year Work Location: In person
