Parts Manager

US In Home Services is a rapidly expanding appliance repair service center with multiple locations. We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our Jackson branch as a Parts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career with a company that offers training and opportunities for advancement. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and paid training will be provided. Responsibilities Distribute parts to field technicians daily Collect unused, defective, or returnable parts from field technicians Process and manage returns to various parts distributors Conduct daily inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels Receive, organize, label, and store incoming parts Maintain accurate inventory and parts records Track parts orders and provide status updates when needed Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from managers, technicians, and colleagues Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous parts, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required Paid training will be provided Inventory management experience of at least one year is preferred Inventory control experience of at least one year is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Jackson, Mississippi Position Details Job type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift: 8-hour morning shift Work location: In person Location: Jonesboro, AR 72401 Benefits Paid training Paid Time Off after the qualifying period Dental insurance options Life insurance options Opportunities for career growth and advancement Join US In Home Services and become part of a growing, supportive, and team-oriented company.
