PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Excellent Customer Service: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Pay Attention to Details: Accurately look up parts, check in parts orders, and prep orders. Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, service advisors, and technicians. Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all tasks are attended to and completed quickly and efficiently SUCCESS TRAITS: Candidates that will find themselves successful in this position are: Able to Multitask Excellent Communicators Efficient Reliable Detail Oriented Professional Team Oriented Service/Parts Experience (Preferred but not required) This is a full-time position starting at $22-27/hour, depending upon the individual’s experience and performance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings, consistent with applicable law.
