Parts Manager

Overview As our Part's Manager, you’ll receive parts and manage our parts inventory. You will mirror match parts for accuracy and verify each part is correct with no defects. Duties Manage the parts process for our work in process. This includes ordering and receiving parts for the Body Shop. Oversee inventory management, specifically parts on order, returns and credits owed. Process orders and parts receiving using CCC ONE. Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records; communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve order or availability issues. Qualifications (helpful but not all are necessary) Experience in supply chain management, procurement management, purchasing, supplier management, logistics inventory management, or automotive parts management is preferable. Knowing your way around a car and identifying parts is a must. Knowledge of automotive service, mechanical systems is helpful. CCC ONE experience would be preferable. Strong communication and problem-solving skills is a must. Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
