As a key player in Atlantic Canada’s automotive industry, we are seeking a Parts Manager to support our growing operation. This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Moncton N.B. Position Overview: Lead the team to excel at customer service. Inventory control; purchasing, vendor returns, managing stock levels, obsolete inventory and maximize manufacturer booking programs. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Facilitate teamwork with all other departments. Understand and track market trends. Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff. Lead and monitor manufacturer training requirements Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines. Successful candidate must : Enjoy having fun and excel at customer service.
