We’re looking for a dependable, organized Parts Manager to support our team and keep repairs moving. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and verify parts against orders and invoices. Manage inventory and distribute parts to technicians. Enter parts information and maintain accurate inventory records in our management system. Process returns and track and collect credits. Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts and materials are accounted for and invoiced correctly. Requirements Strong organization, attention to detail, and basic math skills. Basic computer and accurate data entry skills. Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player. Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors for short periods. Valid driver’s license.
