Parts Manager
Rexco EquipmentLead a parts team, and own part of the company too. When a customer's machine is down, your team finds the right part, gets it in fast, and gets them back to work. You'll run the parts department from the counter to the P&L and coach a small team, as an employee-owner whose results help grow your own stake in the company. Supervise a small team of Parts Specialists through regular one-on-ones, coaching, and goal-setting. Run the department. Manage inventory, purchasing, and budget. Own the numbers. Track fill rate, gross margin, and other KPIs, and act when a metric slips. Build relationships. Manage top accounts, call on new customers, work with vendors, and partner with our Service team. Keep it safe. Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe. What You'll Bring 3-6 years of parts, inventory, or related experience (equipment industry a plus) Experience leading people, or a strong desire to Comfort with KPIs, budgets, and basic P&L Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license About Rexco Rexco Equipment provides equipment solutions to the people who build and maintain our communities.
