Parts Manager

Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Parts Manager. This company sells and rents high quality earthmoving, compaction, paving and milling machines, crushing and screening equipment, trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a $15M+ department in 2 locations in the Chicago area with at total of 6 employees. Preferred: heavy equipment (mining, construction, road building equipment, agricultural equipment, truck or industrial equipment). Must have 2+ years of supervisor/management experience of 4+ people HS Diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of inventory control and parts management processes. Must have good computer skills including dealership management systems and Microsoft applications. Must have good customer service, communication, management and organizational skills. Base 75-115k base with $10K potential bonus, car allowance of $11K and good health benefits, 401k, etc., Relocation assistance is available if needed.
