Key West FordAbout the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join us at Key West Ford. The Parts Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, ensuring excellent service to our Service Department, Sales Department and retail customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized automotive professional who understands parts operations, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient, profitable, and customer-focused department. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily Parts Department operations Manage, coach, and develop parts department staff Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory control Monitor parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need when they need them Coordinate parts purchases and returns with manufacturers and suppliers Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and wholesale customers Monitor department sales, gross profit, expenses, and overall profitability Ensure accurate and timely parts invoicing and warranty-related processes Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts department Implement effective inventory-management procedures and controls Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and customer service Ensure company policies, dealership procedures, and applicable safety requirements are followed Hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training of department staff Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally What We're Looking For Previous experience in an automotive Parts Department in a dealership environment Parts Manager or senior Parts Advisor experience required Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership parts operations Excellent organizational and inventory-management skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Comfortable working with dealership management systems and computer software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's licence Automotive industry certification or manufacturer training is an asset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Monthly incentives in addition to base salary Comprehensive benefits package Employee vehicle and parts/service programs [if applicable] Opportunities for professional development and manufacturer training A supportive and professional dealership environment Opportunities for advancement within the dealership group Join Our Team If you're an experienced automotive parts professional who enjoys leading a team and working with a successful department, we'd like to hear from you.
