Parts Manager
Clear Creek VehiclesClear Creek Golf Car & Utility Vehicles is seeking an experienced, motivated Parts & Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Parts and Service Departments. This position is responsible for leading employees, managing service workflow, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving department profitability and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily Parts and Service Department operations. Schedule and prioritize service work to maximize technician productivity. Assign work orders and monitor jobs through completion. Review open and aging work orders and address delays. Ensure accurate estimates, work orders, parts, labor, and billing. Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, quality, and attendance. Manage parts inventory, purchasing, stocking, and vendor relationships. Ensure warranty claims and manufacturer requirements are handled accurately and timely. Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, delays, and completed work. Handle customer concerns and service issues professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service department. Recruit, train, develop, and hold Parts and Service employees accountable. Monitor department sales, gross profit, expenses, and overall performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience managing a service, parts, automotive, powersports, golf car, equipment, or similar department. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of parts, labor, service operations, and profitability. Computer proficiency and valid driver's license required.
