Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analysis, demand planning, and warehouse management expertise to optimize parts availability and streamline processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead procurement strategies, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our retail and distribution channels. Duties Manage and coordinate warehouse distribution, materials management, and order fulfillment activities to ensure seamless operations. Oversee procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation with suppliers, and managing 3PL relationships to optimize costs and delivery times. Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain workflows and implementing best practices for inventory accuracy and order cycle times. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including retail management, e-commerce platforms, and warehouse staff to ensure timely parts availability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, inventory turnover, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, materials management and product organization. Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors; experience in sourcing and procurement is essential. Knowledge of retail management principles along with e-commerce logistics processes. Ability to utilize data visualization tools for reporting insights effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets for strategic decision-making. Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
