Parts & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary K-12 Tech is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our parts and warehouse operations. This role focuses on receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and handling internal transfers and outgoing packages. This position will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Receive incoming mail and shipments and verify contents Unbox, sort, and route parts to the correct locations Prepare and ship outgoing packages, including internal transfers and customer orders Transfer inventory between company locations as needed Organize and maintain parts inventory within the warehouse Perform inventory counts and ensure parts are properly stocked and labeled Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records Additional responsibilities (based on experience): Assist with Shopify order fulfillment Evaluate inventory to determine order availability Support basic NetSuite tasks such as receiving purchase orders and inventory transfers Assist with device teardowns to recover usable parts Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Why Join K-12 Tech Growing company with opportunity to expand responsibilities Team-oriented environment Opportunity to learn inventory systems and operations management Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Location Valparaiso, IN (in-person) Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
