WE'RE HIRING: PARTS LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Location: Plant 2 | 1440 Ben Franklin Hwy Douglassville, PA 19518 | On-site only (No remote/hybrid work available) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-time, First Shift Compensation: Target up to $27.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications Build Your Career with ACECO Behind every successful repair, replacement, and service operation is someone making sure the right parts are received, accounted for, organized, and shipped where they need to go. We’re looking for a Parts Logistics Coordinator who takes ownership of that process. What This Role Really Is This is a combination of shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, and inventory administration. You’ll manage the movement of parts and materials from the time they arrive until they’re prepared and shipped to their destination. That means unloading and inspecting deliveries, verifying packing slips, updating inventory records, preparing shipments, coordinating carrier pickups, monitoring orders, and maintaining organized staging areas. This is not exclusively a desk job, nor is it strictly a warehouse labor position. The right candidate will be comfortable moving between physical warehouse activities and detailed computer-based logistics work throughout the day. What You’ll Do Shipping & Order Fulfillment Prepare outgoing parts and material shipments for customer orders and internal needs Verify items, quantities, and documentation before shipment Package, label, and stage materials for carrier pickup Generate shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipment records Coordinate pickup schedules with freight carriers and shipping providers Provide tracking information and shipment updates as needed Identify and communicate issues that could delay shipment or order fulfillment Receiving & Material Processing Unload incoming shipments and verify deliveries against packing slips and supporting documentation Inspect materials for visible damage, shortages, and discrepancies Identify and communicate receiving issues promptly Ensure received materials are properly labeled, stored, or prepared for further processing Update inventory and receiving records electronically Generate receiving reports and process associated paperwork Order Coordination & Material Staging Stage parts and materials for upcoming shipments Monitor expected delivery dates and communicate changes Ensure packaging materials and shipping supplies are available Coordinate priorities to support timely order processing Follow up on outstanding materials and shipment-related issues Maintain an organized and efficient material staging system Inventory Control & System Accuracy Maintain accurate inventory records through timely system transactions Establish and maintain inventory bin locations as needed Process inventory transfers within Jobscope Identify discrepancies between physical materials and system records Support accurate stock organization and inventory visibility Documentation & Administrative Support Scan job files and supporting documentation to maintain electronic records Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and order documentation Prepare completed paper job files for Parts Manager review Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems for tracking and coordination Who Thrives Here This role is a strong fit if you: Take ownership of your work without needing constant reminders Enjoy organizing materials, tracking shipments, and keeping operations moving Pay close attention to quantities, part numbers, paperwork, and inventory records Notice discrepancies and take action instead of assuming someone else will catch them Can balance multiple shipments, deliveries, and changing priorities Are comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel Communicate clearly when shipments are delayed, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect Work well with others but can also manage responsibilities independently This Role Is Likely Not a Fit If …
