Parts & Inventory Coordinator

Job Title: Parts & Inventory Coordinator Location: Mountain Farm International, LLC Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm) Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our parts department. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining parts inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and willing to assist with various tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Check in and verify incoming parts Maintain accurate parts inventory and organization Handle returns to vendors Process and manage warranty part returns Perform tasks and duties as requested by management Customer communication upon parts arrival Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move parts as needed Basic computer skills for tracking inventory Ability to follow procedures and labeling requirements Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
