About Us We are an established, full-service marina and boatyard in Virginia's Northern Neck, with an active service yard handling mechanical, electrical, rigging, and coatings work. We're building a parts department that keeps our technicians working and our customers' boats back in the water on schedule. The Role We're looking for an organized, reliable Parts & Inventory Coordinator to keep parts moving through our yard, from request to order to receiving to the shelf to the job. You'll work alongside our technicians and accounting team, using our inventory system to track every part from the moment it's requested. What You'll Do Record every parts request, order, receipt, and pull in our inventory system as it happens Place orders with our regular marine and automotive parts suppliers and reorder stock at set reorder points Receive and check in deliveries, and get parts to the right job Keep stock areas organized, labeled, and ready to use: fasteners, electrical, consumables, and more Run regular cycle counts and keep inventory accurate Source special-order and hard-to-find parts for service jobs Work with accounting so parts are captured and billed correctly What We're Looking For 1+ years in parts, inventory, warehouse, or purchasing, ideally marine, automotive, or equipment dealer Working knowledge of boats, engines, or marine systems a plus Comfortable with computers; experience with ERP or inventory software (NetSuite a plus) strongly preferred Highly organized and follows through without reminders Communicates clearly with techs, vendors, and management, including when something's behind Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a yard environment What We Offer $19–$24/hr, depending on experience [Benefits: paid time off, holidays, employee boat slip/discounts, etc.] The chance to help build and shape a parts department at a growing marina A great waterfront work setting To Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note about your parts or inventory experience.
