PARTS & INVENTORY ASSOCIATE / DPF CLEANING TECHNICIAN Indiana Truck Repair Inc. and DPF Alternatives are hiring a full-time Parts & Inventory Associate / DPF Cleaning Technician for our Indianapolis location. We are looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on person who can manage parts inventory and assist with our professional DPF cleaning operation. DPF cleaning experience is not required. Training will be provided. Automotive, diesel, warehouse, parts, inventory, or mechanical experience is preferred. PAY & SCHEDULE Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Higher starting pay may be considered based on experience. Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 40 hours per week No regular weekends First 90 days are a probationary period. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, organize, label, and stock parts Maintain accurate parts inventory Keep shelves, bins, and storage areas organized Track commonly used and low-stock parts Assist with ordering and receiving parts Match parts with repair orders and technician requests Receive and properly tag customer DPF and DOC filters Operate DPF cleaning equipment after training Perform filter cleaning and inspection procedures Record cleaning results and maintain accurate service records Prepare cleaned filters for pickup or installation Keep the parts and DPF cleaning areas clean and organized Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and management WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Reliable and punctual Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and inventory software Mechanically inclined Comfortable working around truck parts and equipment Able to safely lift and move heavy parts and filters Able to follow procedures and work independently Parts, warehouse, automotive, diesel, or inventory experience is preferred DPF experience is a plus but not required EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & PERKS Monday through Friday schedule No regular weekends Breakfast and lunch prepared by our on-site cook Monday through Friday Stable full-time position Hands-on training in DPF and diesel aftertreatment cleaning Opportunity to grow with Indiana Truck Repair Inc. and DPF Alternatives LOCATION Indianapolis, Indiana JOB TYPE Full-Time STARTING PAY $18.00 per hour Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Referral program Work Location: In person
