Parts inventory and purchasing specialist

Frontier LLC is a commercial and residential concrete contractor for new construction. Providing general contracting, construction management, and self-development services across the surrounding region and Western WA. We are looking for a ​ Parts, Inventory and Purchasing Specialist to support our maintenance team to ensure our fleet is operational, safe and federally compliant with the desired qualifications. Source, evaluate, purchase parts and supplies for ​commercial vehicles ​working with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure competitive pricing. Manage inventory levels through our computer platform ensuring critical parts are available while controlling costs, processing purchase orders, reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. Tracking shipments, expediting urgent orders, and coordinating logistics to meet operational and maintenance needs. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and cost savings. Staying up to date on industry trends, new suppliers, and equipment specifications. Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and safety standards.
