Overview We are seeking a motivated Parts Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and managing parts inventory to ensure timely delivery to our customers and internal departments. Your expertise in warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling will be essential in maintaining smooth logistics workflows and supporting our commitment to superior service. Duties Accurately pick parts orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure correct items are selected. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and transport parts within the warehouse. Load and unload shipments safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting. Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against orders and documentation. Maintain organized storage of parts using proper materials handling techniques, including palletizing and stacking with heavy equipment. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and updating stock levels within the warehouse management system. Support warehouse operations by ensuring a clean, safe environment compliant with OSHA regulations. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Skilled in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, crane equipment, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and <PERSON> pickers for efficient order processing. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments. Experience with construction materials handling or related industries is a plus.
