Overview We are seeking a motivated Parts Driver to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering parts efficiently and safely across the local area, ensuring timely service for our customers and internal departments. This position offers an energetic work environment where your driving skills and manual handling experience will make a direct impact on our operations. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles including box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to transport parts between locations. Load and unload parts using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Follow established routes and traffic regulations to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by delivering parts accurately and professionally to internal departments or external customers. Maintain accurate delivery records. Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and organizing stock areas. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations regarding weight handling, hours of service, and safety protocols. Experience Previous warehouse experience or delivery driving experience preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling in accordance with safety standards. Knowledge of route driving, material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks, and safe lifting practices. Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and punctuality. Valid driver’s license with a decent driving record Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations and DOT requirements during daily operations.
