Job Overview Join our Parts Department as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth flow of parts and components within our warehouse. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling parts with precision, ensuring timely dispatch. Operate pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing parts in designated areas, and conducting regular inventory counts and building custom parts kits. Ensure proper packaging of parts for shipment to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of shipping & receiving processes. This position requires the ability to be on your feet for a good portion of the workday and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Strong understanding of warehouse distribution practices including stocking, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
