Parts Delivery Driver

Job Summary: Palm Coast Ford is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver. As a critical part of our Parts department, the delivery driver will be responsible for delivering parts to our valued customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, hourly position in the automotive industry located in Palm Coast, Florida. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Responsibilities: Deliver parts to customers in a safe and timely manner Load and unload parts onto delivery truck Review delivery route to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveries Maintain accurate and organized records of deliveries and shipments Collaborate with Parts department and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Keep delivery truck clean and well-maintained Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service Assist with inventory management and stocking of parts when needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in using GPS and other navigation tools Familiarity with automotive parts and their functions is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment EEOC Statement: Palm Coast Ford is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
