Parts Delivery Driver

Location: Springfield, MA Department: Parts Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Type: Full Time Opening: December 2026 Climate Engineering Companies is a heavy-duty truck, trailer, and transport refrigeration repair company seeking a motivated and dependable Parts Driver to join our Parts Department in Springfield, MA. The Parts Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of parts while also providing support to the Parts Department with inventory, receiving, and storage organization. This position plays an important role in ensuring our technicians and customers receive the parts they need to keep equipment operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Safely and efficiently deliver parts, equipment, and materials to customer locations, job sites, and other company locations Pick up parts from vendors, dealerships, suppliers, and other locations Verify parts and delivery orders for accuracy Assist Parts Department with pulling parts from stock for internal use and external customers Assist with maintaining accurate inventory by properly labeling, organizing, and storing parts Help maintain clean, organized, and safe Parts Department and storage areas Assist Parts Department with cycle counts and other inventory control procedures Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating company vehicles and working in the Parts Department Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Parts Department management Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required Previous delivery, warehouse, parts, truck/trailer, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle parts, orders, and inventory Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively throughout the workday Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload parts and materials as required Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions when making deliveries and pickups Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen Benefits: New Hires are eligible for benefits after 90 days of service: 401K + Company Match Competitive Medical & Vision Insurance Company paid Dental Insurance Company paid Life Insurance & Disability Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program Savings Plan Offered compensation: $18/hr - $22/hr Experience and License Requirements Delivery Truck/Trailer Parts (optional) Valid Driver's License Warehouse (optional)
