Technical knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems. Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams. Solid computer skills for navigating inventory management software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with ADP or CDK systems is a plus. Responsibilities Assist service technicians in identifying and sourcing the exact parts needed for vehicle repairs. Greet customers arriving at the parts counter with a smile, answering their questions and providing helpful solutions. Maintain an organized inventory by managing shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular counts. Process special orders for unique parts and follow up with customers once the items arrive. Coordinate with the service department to ensure all necessary supplies are staged for upcoming appointments. Keep the workspace tidy, safe, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.
