Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders, both in person and over the phone Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely availability of parts Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently Keep the parts counter and stockroom organized Support team members and service staff as needed Requirements Previous automotive parts experience (Ford experience) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-starter who follows directions and takes initiative Dependable, punctual, and team-focused Schedule Full-time, 5-day work week Saturdays required: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM One weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, depending on schedule) Overtime available during busy periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience) Union benefits Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance Delta Dental coverage About Us Packey Webb Ford has been proudly serving the Chicagoland area since 1962.
