Primary Duties Maintain precise records of all parts inventory and incoming orders. Utilize digital software platforms to effectively manage and track parts. Assist clients in identifying and locating the specific parts required for their equipment to ensure operational success. Support the general day-to-day operations of the parts department. Ensure the workspace remains tidy and well-organized to improve overall team efficiency. Required Qualifications Proficiency in fundamental computer operations and basic mathematics. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities to foster positive customer interactions. A proactive attitude toward learning new product lines and technical software. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and organizational capability. Prior experience in inventory management or parts handling is beneficial but not mandatory. Professional Setting This position is based in a practical, hands-on environment focused on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. While you should be comfortable working in a shop setting where you may encounter grease or dust, you are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
